This is why you're here. Long-range, unobstructed Blue Ridge views — no rooftops, no wires, just ridgelines stacking into the horizon. Morning coffee at the bar-height seating while the valley wakes up, wine as the ridges turn purple at dusk. High enough that the world below stays quiet.

Big windows, mountain light, and room for everyone after a day outside. Catch the game or a family movie on the 55" 4K Roku TV, spread a board game across the coffee table, or flip on the electric fireplace when the mountain evening cools off. A new sleeper sofa (August 2025) handles guests five and six.

A plush queen with a Leesa mattress — the sleep upgrade guests mention by name. Bedside charging for every device (120V, USB-C, USB-A), a 43" Roku TV, full closet, luggage rack, and a full-length mirror for dinner out in Banner Elk.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗻𝗸 𝗡𝗼𝗼𝗸
Two Twin XL bunks with Leesa mattresses — first one upstairs claims the top bunk. Built for kids, sturdy enough for adults who lose the coin flip. Coat hooks and a storage bench keep boots and backpacks out from underfoot. Pack-n-play with sheets for the littlest traveler, plus a stash of family games.

Pancakes while the kids sleep in. Coffee three ways — Keurig (pods provided), drip, or French press — then a full stove, oven, microwave, and everything you need to cook real meals and save the restaurant budget for one great night out.

Fully remodeled with a modern walk-in shower, hotel-style toiletries, plush towels (makeup-removal towels included), and a fog-free lighted mirror. Guests have called it the best bathroom they've stayed in.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 — 𝟯𝟬 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗗𝗼𝗼𝗿
Heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, and a game room, directly in front of the condo. Rainy afternoon? The pool saves it. Long hike? The hot tub fixes it. Two access FOBs are provided. The resurfaced tennis/pickleball court is right behind the building — four pickleball rackets and balls are in the condo.
𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄
Fresh mountain air, no A/C: like all condos at Sugar Ski & Country Club, there's no air conditioning — at nearly 5,000 feet, it's routinely 10+ degrees cooler than the lowlands. Ceiling fans, a tower fan, and windows-open cross-breeze do the rest. As guest Savanna put it: "We were nervous about no A/C, but the temperature drops 10–12 degrees on the mountain. Open windows and ceiling fans were perfect."
Top-floor condo, 3 flights of stairs — the trade is the view and no footsteps overhead.
Two parking passes; two Level 2 EV chargers on property (charging fee applies).

Our condo is perched on the 3rd floor, offering the best views of the mountain landscape and a peaceful quiet nights sleep. You will not hear footsteps from above like you will on lower floors!! Please be aware that stairs are required to reach the condo.
