Bedroom

Unwind in a plush Queen Bed featuring a luxurious Leesa mattress. Each nightstand is equipped with 120V, USB-C, and USB-A outlets for your convenience. Enjoy entertainment on a 43" Roku Smart 4K TV. A luggage rack is provided to help you unpack with ease, and the spacious closet includes ample hangers, a pair of drawers, an ironing board, and an iron. A full-length mirror ensures you're ready for a night out on the town!

Hallway

This space is designed for practicality and comfort. Store your outdoor gear easily with plenty of coat hooks and a storage bench. The hallway also features two Twin XL Bunk Beds, each with a luxurious Leesa mattress—perfect for kids or even adventurous adults. (We can't guarantee there won't be friendly debates over the top bunk!) Need accommodations for an infant? A pack-and-play with all necessary sheets is available. We've also stocked the space with fun family games for a cozy evening together. A fire extinguisher is on hand for emergencies.

Living Room

Kick back and relax with a 55" Roku Smart 4K TV, perfect for catching up on your favorite shows or movies. The comfortable sleeper sofa is easy to set up when needed. A coffee table doubles as a workspace or a game night hub. Set the perfect winter ambiance with the electric fireplace!

Kitchen

Whether you're brewing your morning coffee or preparing a full meal, our kitchen has everything you need. Enjoy a refrigerator stocked with your favorite beverages and your choice of Keurig, drip, or French press coffee makers—Keurig pods are provided! A microwave, stove/oven, and a dining table with stools complete this fully equipped culinary space.

Bathroom

Newly remodeled in Fall 2023, the bathroom features a modern walk-in shower stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Soft, plush towels are provided—including special makeup-removal towels! A fog-free, fully lighted mirror makes getting ready a breeze. You'll also find a hairdryer and a first aid kit for added convenience.

Balcony

Step out onto your private 3rd-floor balcony and take in the breathtaking long-range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Enjoy your morning coffee on the Polywood bar-height seating while savoring the peaceful mountain atmosphere. Plus, you're high enough to escape any noise from the tennis and pickleball courts below!

Amenities Building

Your stay includes full access to the year-round amenities building located right in front of our condo. Relax in the heated indoor pool, soak in the hot tub, unwind in the sauna, or get in a workout at the gym. Locker rooms and a game room are also available. Two FOBs are provided for your use during your stay at Sugar Slope Summit. Also available are two, Level 2 EV chargers to charge your electric vehicle (charging fees not included).

Upon confirmation of your booking, you'll receive a link to an exclusive electronic Guide Book. This resource covers everything you need to know—from how to use appliances in the condo to local restaurant recommendations and entertainment guides.

Please Note: Like all condos at Sugar Ski & Country Club, our unit does not have air conditioning. However, at 5,000 feet elevation, most nights are pleasantly cool. The bedroom and living room are equipped with ceiling fans, and a portable tower fan is available for added comfort. Opening the windows and balcony door on the 3rd floor provides a refreshing mountain breeze!

Our condo is perched on the 3rd floor, offering the best views of the mountain landscape. Please be aware that 3 flights of stairs are required to reach the condo.
